Description
The unique and most flexible SATRONIK C was not only designed for high quality cuts (Plasma/Oxy Fuel) but also for a simple loading and unloading of the sheets. Furthermore the SATRONIK C only needs a minimum of space. The cantilever bridge was designed like an airplane wing and has a very high stiffness, that means a very good plasma cut quality at high speeds. The accuracy of the double THK linear guiding systems is equal to a gantry machine with synchronized drives.
High quality drive systems, high precision planetary gearboxes and slant racks/pinion give this SATRONIK C excellent motion characteristics, which are very important for high quality cuts. The SATRONIK C is available in cutting widths between 1.5 and 2.5 mtrs. The cutting length can be specified in 1.0 m increments. The machine is equipped with the CNC-controller 501, optionally with CNC801.
